Dial: A perfect white enamel Roman numeral dial with outer minute track and subsidiary seconds dial with blued steel spade hands and blued steel seconds hand.
Case: The heavy Swiss hallmarked 18ct yellow Gold case with monogram to front cover and dated 23rd April 1900. The back cover is plain as is the inner cuvette. All cases are numbered and hallmarked. The push button to make the watch chime is to the side of the case.
Movement: The beautifully signed movement by Baume, which is fully jewelled has compensated balance and tourbillion style bridge which is a very unusual layout for a minute repeater. The highly polished fly wheel which is visible on the top plate together with the polished hammers to the side.

Movement: The rare and interesting three quarter plate keyless lever movement fully jewelled to the centre arbor numbered and signed W. Ehrhardt London. The inner gold cover is engraved Cronometro, the serial number and A. Huguenin & Sons Locle with an engine turned surround. The repeater slide is on the side of the case. An exceptional antique Georgian pocket watch key, made of pink gold. The pink gold key is decorated and surrounded by detailed hollow curled figures on its border which features delicate decorative engravings on both sides. For the presentation behind the glass human hair is used to create a highly detailed floral design with white accented make it look like pearls. The shrine is probably made of bone and draped with these 'pearls', overall in excellent condition.
The two arrowed hearts - depicting above the shrine - are a sign of love, the love between two people. Watched by The All Seeing Eye enclosed in a triangle surrounded by a ray of light. The eye also known as the Masonic Eye or Eye of Providence, is up there as one of the most recognized Freemason symbols. On the other side a lock of hair is beautifully displayed with the initials 'JAvJ'. The presentation has been impeccably preserved beneath the glass.
