About the Item

Case: The heavy 18ct Yellow gold half hunter case with a blue enameled chapter ring with gold roman numeral inlay. The plain case back with English Hallmarks for 1905 and the case maker's stamp HMF ( Harrison Mill Frodsham ) The inner cuvette with winding holes for a key. Movement: This rare and unusual English keyless lever fully jewelled chain driven movement signed by Arnold and Charles Frodsham 84 Strand London. The movement must have been in stock with Frodsham for a long time because this movement was a change over from being key wound to being keyless and also being signed Arnold. The Arnold name was dropped in 1854. This pocket watch has got its original box and would make a fine addition to ones collection.
