Art Deco vintage brown beech armchair or Windsor chair, which was designed by Josef Frank, circa 1925, Austria. The armchair was made from solid beech, cherry stained and natural lacquered. So the warm brown tone could fit great with eclectic mixing of your furniture and patterns. Josef Frank ( 1885 - 1967 ) Viennese designer and architect, who is famed for his amazing furniture designs, fabric pattern and architecture. His humanistic philosophy from an eclectic mix in the interiors is highly up to date and shows Josef Frank as pioneer to style high quality pieces in unexpected interior combinations. Josef Frank loved to use these chair models, which were influenced from the Windsor types from the 18th century. The vintage condition is very good.
