About the Item

Iconic and elegant armchair produced by TON in Czech republic in 1930s. This particular chair is a variation on the classic model '811' Thonet Hoffman chair. Produced in blond wood oak bentwood. Original gold velvet fabric on the seat and backrest. The lines and shapes are dynamic but in a soft sense, the gold color of the backrest and seating area also add to this serene appearance. The chair is in an original condition. We can have it in the restored vintage condition free of charge, if you wish so. Original TON label. Armrest height 68cm. We have 40 of these chairs available. All pieces of furniture can be had in what we call restored vintage condition. That means the piece is restored upon purchase so it’s free of watermarks, chips or deep scratches with color loss - all of this is done at no additional cost to you, but it will take a bit longer to ship if you choose to have it restored.
