Design:Lina Bo Bardi, Marcelo Ferraz, Marcelo Suzuki Material:Tauari Design for the restaurant at the "House of Benin" in Salvador, Brazil. The "House of Benin" is an institution designed by Lina Bo Bardi in Salvador, where many of the residents are from the African Republic of Benin. Named "Girafa chair" after the giraffe-like form and Africa, the first piece in this series named Girafa was a chair, which later evolved into a high chair stool and then an embroiderer's chair (for embroiderers). The chair is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. This chair is a Japanese model. The height and seat height are 3 cm lower than the original.
