Artist Lisa Carney presents a floral abstract of vibrant crimson blooms. Part of her ongoing GeoFlora series of dynamic abstractions comprised of drips and splatters. The piece features a contrasting palette of red, light pink, orange, and gray. The summery colors suggest wildflower-covered fields and branching sea corals.
About the Artist
Lisa Carney draws her inspiration from the earth's layers and the history they hold. The drips, splashes, scrapes and scratches in her art happen spontaneously and come together to create a cohesive whole. She began to craft a more organic feel in her works after noticing the texture in her works resembled plant roots...

Artist Patrick Duffy demonstrates linear forms, initiating warped dimensions. "The Cosmos is central to my work, creating a dialogue between the imagination and the fundamentals of all things space," shares Patrick. He explores newly learned concepts and unique ways to visualize the cosmos through design. Within his creative process, shapes become symbols of time, guiding the eye and mind to think of dark solar windswept patterns that are balanced and engaging.
About the Artist
Artist Patrick Duffy creates multi-scaled abstract compositions that seek to realize patterns through process, form, and color. Growing up in the coastal town of Blue Hill, Maine, he started creating artwork very early. He explores time, space, theoretical, and science fiction themes, describing his works as translated visions of paradoxes. Patrick received his BFA from Pratt Institute in 2006, being part of many shows in New York, New England, and Houston, TX. Publications include The New York Times, “Things to See in the Hudson Valley†for the exhibition “Intricate Realities†at the Catskill Arts Society in 2016, as well as “Creating in Color†for Trouvé Magazine Volume 3 in 2015. Since 2019, Patrick has resided in Austin, Texas. He has worked with artists Takashi Murakami (Kai Kai...

Artist Drew Noel Marin paints an ethereal abstract of land meeting ocean. A rustic representation of a tranquil seaside. Drew applies loose brush strokes of powdery shades of blue. The composition evokes an atmospheric feeling of harmony and composure.
About the Artist
Boundlessly inspired by the beauty of nature, artist Drew Noel Marin paints imaginative sceneries in harmonious color. She carefully synthesizes impressionism and abstraction in her distinctive style. “My intention is to emote wonder and peace through free-flowing brushstrokes and soft movements of color,†says Drew. Growing up in an artistic atmosphere, she was allowed to discover many avenues to explore and foster her creativity. Her work displays many different emotions experienced throughout her life, illuminating its uniqueness. Once Drew starts a painting, she gains a burning desire to accomplish it. The urge keeps her going as thought and vision simply come to her while working. Her boutique studio lies in her garage, where natural light, fresh air, and music freely flows. When resting her creativity, she enjoys outdoor walks and being in the moment with her family.

Part of artist Rachel Srinivasan's signature cubist coffee series. For these pieces, she studies her extensive collection of cafetieres that she keeps in her studio. The works are both about celebrating her love of coffee, and depicting light, pattern, and repetition as though it were set to music.
About the Artist
For Rachel Srinivasan, an idea is worth putting on a canvas only if it still feels exciting after a few days. Rachel enjoys mulling the idea over in her mind for some time before creating an artwork. She hopes viewers will engage with her work and wonder about the subject matter, shapes and colors. "My current work is all about creating a connection between the person on the canvas with the viewer," she explains. She prefers large paintings and sometimes even makes her own canvases. She currently lives in Arizona and enjoys baking rhubarb pies, reading, running and going to art museums.

Radiant warmth breaks through the abstract skyscape in artist Jason Astorquia's dramatic work. Soft reds and yellows blend with clouds of white and hints of a darker storm departing. Jason meditates on a focused palette with layers of texture and depth of dimension to deliver the essence of a place in time. Large palette knives combine and contrast textures and directions to bring a sunset revelation of milk and honey.
About the Artist
Jason Astorquia recognizes that money is important to the way we think, act, and relate to one another. His “Impressions†series is made up of abstract paintings that are created using the impressions of pennies. Like the mark of consumption on society, Jason repetitively brands his canvases with the mark of physical money. There is a Pop Art element to the work in its bold primary colors, geometric sense of design, and conceptual meaning. His work is as close as you may get to hanging actual money on your wall, a concept that Andy Warhol introduced and played with in his own work. It is evident that there is a lot of planning and precision that goes into each piece. The compositions are like binary code...

Artist Jason Astorquia presents a dynamic abstraction of colors in nature. Golden sunlight, white and cream aether, merge in dimensions of stone in soft orange, beige browns, and deep umbers. Linear dimensions overlap with the spectral hues resulting in a sharp and expressive display. Jason brings elements together with trowels on large surfaces with thick layers of earthen texture to create a focused echo of ancient memory.

A dramatic view of a harbor stretches out into a soft abstractual landscape formation. Living in the Fraser Valley, artist Jenn Williamson looks forward to the wondrous sight this painting evokes memories of. She reimagines the spectacular scenery in a mix of dreamy pastels and tonal hues. The outlook from the bridge brings a sense of calm back into the viewer's spirit. "My thoughts when painting this were mostly surrounding the gratitude I have for my faith, which has carried me through many challenges."
About the Artist
Jenn Williamson expertly evokes the scenery of British Columbia in her soft abstract landscapes. She utilizes defining horizontal and vertical strokes, coupled with a skillful handling of color, to create significant depth in each piece. Her paintings, though abstracted, clearly convey the atmospheric attributes of the scene–rain, wind, clouds, fog. Jenn’s muted color palette transports the viewer to the Canadian west coast...

Artist Candice Eisenfeld presents a painting within a painting emanating warmth and light from the middle. "These paintings are meant to explore levels of meaning as they connect our personal experiences to a world severely distanced from ourselves," states Candice. Her interest lies in understanding what is at the core of human nature—desire, curiosity, love, and hope. "It is narrating a personal archeology of the id while simultaneously relating to other people what is timelessly universal."
About the Artist
As an American exploring issues of identity, artist Candice Eisenfeld paints through the lens of the first American art movement, the Hudson River School. Rather than depicting a specific locale, Candice’s artwork evokes a sense of place. These "inner landscapes" are invented, and often reference photographs taken during travels in southern Appalachia and the Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains. Whether real or imagined, her paintings are influenced by the Dutch Masters, Tonalists, and Chinese painting. Produced on a single wooden panel, the ethereal landscapes are often joined with segments of aqueous color fields which act as commentary for the landscapes, like the chorus in a Greek play. The crisp, hard edges separating the landscapes from the color fields command a sense of order in an otherwise fluid and painterly surface. With two or three sections of the panel competing for attention, the painting creates multiple focal points. Candice's art has been displayed in embassies in Namibia and Belarus, held in the collections of Norwest Bank and Northwest Airlines...
