The surface of each Georgian silver mug is embellished panels of bright cut engraved stylised floral sprays, incorporating a vacant shaped cartouche to the anterior segment. The plain panelled foot and upper rim of the body are encompassed with bands of applied moulded decoration. These antique silver labels or tickets are further ornamented with a bright cut engraved and pin struck ribbon bow designs accented with suspended leaf festoons. The surfaces of these antique silver waiters are embellished with the contemporary bright cut engraved crest depicting a dragon. The fine and impressive raised borders are ornamented with applied moulded decoration to the rims. The impressive pair of sterling silver waiters are each supported by four cast button style feet. Each serving waiter is fitted with an exceptional cast silver handle, comprised of a circular handpiece to a scrolling bracket style terminal in junction with the aforementioned plain rim. This exceptional antique Austro-Hungarian silver and cut glass water / lemonade silver jug has a tapering cylindrical form. The neck is fitted with a fine and impressive substantial silver hallmarked mount with the original hallmarked flat hinged cover and plain swept lobed thumb piece. The cover is further embellished with the impressive contemporary engraved initials 'SC' below a coronet. This antique cut glass lemonade jug is fitted with a plain angular S scroll handle with bracketed curved terminals. The large glass body of the jug is ornamented with a dimpled effect in addition to a star cut motif to the underside of the base. The hallmarks struck to the surface of the impressive mount include: Importer/Retailer's mark: Bachruch (Antal Bachruch) Assay mark: P (Pest, Hungary) Silver quality/purity mark: Dianakopf mark (.800, 800/1000) Condition The mount of this antique lemonade jug is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition. An exceptional, fine and impressive pair of antique Russian silver gilt and enamel vodka tots - boxed; an addition to our range of drinks related silverware These exceptional antique Russian silver gilt vodka tots have a cylindrical form to a plain knopped pedestal and circular spreading foot. The surface of each Russian vessel is embellished with fine and impressive turquoise hot enamel. The gilt silver knopped pedestals are encircled with further hot enamel decoration to the cylindrical stemmed portions. The anterior and interior surfaces of these impressive tots/cups retain the original gilding. Antique Chinese Export Silver Bottle Coaster Circa 1900

An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Chinese export silver bottle coaster, an addition to our ornamental silverware collection. This exceptional antique Chinese Export Silver (CES) bottle coaster has a cylindrical form to a plain spreading base. The body of this Chinese silver coaster is embellished with fine and impressive embossed and pierced decoration depicting two iconic oriental dragons amidst clouds. The decoration to the body incorporates a sun motif to either side, each accented with a central cartouche, one remains vacant and the other bears the contemporary engraved monogram initials 'CHD.' The upper and lower rims of this coaster are encompassed with plain applied moulded borders accented with bands of tooled decoration. This exceptional coaster has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as sterling silver (925, 925/1000). Condition This antique Chinese silver coaster is a very good gauge of silver, excellent quality and in exceptional presentation condition. The Chinese hallmarks struck to the underside of this coaster are all very clear. Dimensions Diameter of rim 7.9cm/3.1". Diameter of base 8.4cm/3.3". Height 6.5cm/2.6". Weight 5.1 troy ounces/160g. An exceptional, fine and impressive, rare pair of antique George IV English sterling silver coasters made in Newcastle; part of our silver wine related collection. These exceptional antique George IV Newcastle sterling silver coasters have a circular rounded form. Each coaster has a wirework body which incorporates the original applied oval vacant cartouche encompassed with a thread decorated border. The upper rim of each coaster is ornamented with an undulating wirework border. The coasters are fitted with fine and impressive turned mahogany bases, embellished with the original silver buttons to the centre. These sterling silver coasters are fitted with green baize to the underside.
