Handwoven on a dobby loom in our studio using soft merino lambswool and a traditional extra weft weaving technique, each cushion is meticulously made by hand.
The cushion is backed with handwoven Harris Tweed and comes with an optional cushion insert filled with British fleece, making this a completely sustainable product.
One piece available. Further pieces can be made to order. Also available in indigo, grey/indigo, papaya, and pearl grey.

This cushion is a one of a kind and part of a sustainability project. It has been created from an up-cycled, recycled luxury fabric, used with the intentions of promoting a more eco-friendly environment by using already existing materials. We both celebrate and cherish the past and take care with rare and precious vintage and antique materials. Through layers of carefully added backing the delicate fabric has been fortified for longevity and thus preserved. (The original designer/brand of the fabric has been fully credited below)
Custom made one of a kind luxury cushion (pillow) created from an exquisite vintage silk Liberty of London fashion scarf in a hot pink paisley pattern, particularly popular in the Victorian era. Paisley print is an iconic design emblematic of the Libertys’ style. Note the early style Liberty logo. It is made from the most luscious, soft silk with a dazzling subtle sheen. Founded by Arthur Liberty, the world famous British department store Liberty of London began trading in 1875 in a small shop called East India House, by the 1920s it was a leading establishment. Liberty was not a designer himself but a businessman who had a gift for recognizing talent and new trends, hiring the top designers of the time. By the 1950s the store had a seasonal brochure dedicated solely to its scarves and still today a third of the ground floor of its magnificent mock-Tudor London flagship store is devoted to scarves. A fabulous mixture of delicate pinks and peaches on a ground of hot pink verging on neon it’s both traditional and modern.
Backed in new 100% pure Irish linen, the aristocrat of textiles and certified by the Irish Linen Guild, lined in a layer of natural bamboo wadding, filled with new plush duck feather insert and a concealed zip. A very delicate silk in perfect unused condition and beautifully soft to the touch. From a vintage designer boutique in Palm Beach, Florida. In 1923 Americans Edgar & Theresa Hyman founded ‘Echo’ scarves on their wedding day, naming the company by using his initials. The business grew and was strong enough by 1929 to survive the Depression. Echo was one of the most prominent and prolific manufacturers of women’s patriotic scarves during wartime. Luxury pillow created from exquisite and rare vintage Irish Linen by Irish designer Katie Larmour.
Made from quality vintage, pure, 100% Irish Linen made from the flax plant, from an unused roll.
Highly textured, grainy and sumptuous to touch.
Each cushion is handmade in Ireland.
Lined in organic cotton, and finished with a concealed zip.
Recommended 20x20" feather filler insert for plumpness.
Backed in new natural undyed Irish linen on the reverse.
Irish Linen is highly regarded worldwide, known since the turn-of-the-century as ‘white gold’ and the ultimate ‘aristocrat of textiles’.
Katie Larmour is an associate member of The Irish Linen Guild and highlighted as a ‘recommended purveyor of Irish Linen goods’ by the guild on their official website.
Katie is an ambassador The European Confederation of Flax and Hemp (CELC).
Katie Larmour’s Studio are renowned for their high end creations.
In beautiful faded tones of soft blue and navy, reminiscent of traditional French textiles.
Both the hue and striped pattern make this a wonderfully versatile piece, working particularly well with beach house, yachts, sailboat, nautical decor, rustic, country manor house, bohemian and ‘shabby-chic’ interiors.

Drawing inspiration from the color and pattern found in stain glass work, the Uccle cushion takes its name from an area of Brussels renowned for its Art Deco architecture.
Handwoven on a dobby loom in our studio using soft merino lambswool and a traditional extra weft weaving technique, each cushion is meticulously made by hand.
The cushion is backed with handwoven Harris Tweed and comes with an optional cushion insert filled with British fleece, making this a completely sustainable product.
One piece available. Further pieces can be made to order. Also available in indigo, papaya, piccalilli yellow and pearl grey.
A bespoke option is available in colours / size of the client's choice.
