This is a fantastic pair of Ben-Amun clip on earrings with a large (about 7/8 inch diameter) vibrant faux mabe pearl surrounded by a rich, bright gold patterned frame with five lustrous bulbous pearl drops which graduate in size from each side to the center bottom. The earrings have incredible life from the bright gold and the shimmering pearls and large size measuring about 2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide.
They are clearly marked on the back and come on their original Saks Fifth Avenue card. There are some slight imperfections and marks on the pearls that I have tried to photograph but none of them are noticeable from a distance.

Original Björn Weckström pendant necklace.
The link type chain, typical of Weckström's chain designs, is sterling silver and 43 cm long. It makes the pendant sit close to the neck, as if a unique drop of water was resting between your clavicles. The pendant (diameter 4cm) is made of acrylic with an air bubble protecting a tiny gold nugget inside.
It is part of the Nugget series, inspired by gold nuggets from Lapland. The uneven and matt aspect of the rough gold nuggets are used as a central design feature of this series that seeks to recognise the role of Nature as its own jewellery maker.
Björn Weckström is a Finnish designer and sculptor (born 1935). Formed at the Helsinki Goldsmith School, he started designing with a typical Scandinavian Minimalist approach, but soon found his own particular style. He mainly uses of acrylic, gold, silver and semi precious stones. Often asymmetrical, mixing rough and matt surfaces with shiny ones, his creations have a bio organic feel. What a wonderful modernist, geometric bangle bracelet this is, because it has a dull gray finish on the outside and a shinier finish on the low spots of the inside, I think it's possible that the original finish has almost completely worn off, but I love the industrial gray with the midcentury look of this piece and the 3/4 inch diameter red, blue and black glass cabochons are all vibrant in color and contrast nicely with the dull finish. It is a large piece of jewelry having a 2.5 inch inside diameter, 3.25 inch outside diameter and the geometric shapes project about one inch above and below the center band making the bracelet have a two inch total width. It is stamped in many places with the Ben-Amun mark.

Ben-Amun Stylized Butterfly Gold Tone Pendant on Leather Cord

What an exotic bright gold pendant of a fancy butterfly with exaggerated antenna 0n the top and legs on the bottom. There are raised flowers on the wings, a beetle head and eyes and a double strand rolo chain dangling below, giving it a mythical effect. The pendant is knotted onto a long (32 inch) black leather cord which can be shortened easily by retying the knot on the top, the cord contrasts wonderfully with the high carat look of the gold finish on the butterfly. The pendant and cord are in excellent condition and look like they have never been worn.

1986 Enorme Telephone Handset by Ettore Sottsass

A perfectly postmodern telephone handset designed by the Memphis Milano master, Ettore Sottsass, and produced in 1986. The Enorme telephone was the result of a collaboration between Sottsass and David Kelley, founder of the design firm IDEO. Sottsass created the conceptual design, and Kelley and his team were responsible for the engineering and detail design. To produce the telephone, the two formed the Enorme Corporation with Jean Pigozzi. Examples of this phone design are found in the collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, RISD Museum, and the Los Angeles County Museum.
