Spode made these fabulous Greekware platters circa 1810.
They are decorated in the neoclassical "Greek" pattern with classical figures and mythological scenes based on ancient Greek and Roman art.
The dramatic pattern shows a scene from Olympic history.
At the center, Cynisca wins the four-horse chariot race at the Greek Olympic Games in 392 BC.
She became the first woman to win at the Olympics.**
They are large, measuring 20" x 15.5" x 1.75" deep
Each rectangular platter is printed in blue with leaf and berry ground, radiating medallions, and urns containing classical scenes.
This was the first multi-scene pattern introduced at the Spode factory.

This is a hard paste porcelain tea pot and lid by New Hall dating to very early 19th century, George 111rd period, circa 1800 / 1805.
The Teapot is well potted with an oval shape and high loop handle.
The decoration is hand-painted in bold enamels in a chinoiserie pattern called "Boy or Lady in the Window" and is pattern number 425, with an upper rim dot and line border.
This is a recorded New Hall pattern.
A similar Teapot in the same shape with a different pattern is illustrated on page 112 of the book: An Anthology of British Teapots by Philip Miller & Michael Berthoud published by Micawber Publications.
The base has the pattern number 425 hand painted in burnt orange, on the inner foot rim.
Please Note : This piece has damage which is not obvious when displayed and it displays very well.

This is a good, late Georgian, ironstone Soup Bowl or Plate, in pattern no. 15, manufactured by the English Davenport factory, which was situated in Longport, Staffordshire, England between 1794 and 1887.
This oriental garden pattern is transfer printed in cobalt blue of different shades, with hand gilded detail around the inner and outer rims. The pattern is called "Bamboo and Peony" which is Davenport's pattern number 15, a very early pattern and probably copied from a Chinese original. This exact pattern is illustrated on a plate in Godden's Guide to Ironstone, by Geoffrey A Godden, page 230, plate 176.
Davenport were one of the earliest producers of Ironstone along with Mason's, Spode and others and called their ironstone pottery wears "Stone China".

This is a magnificent antique French sterling silver soup tureen and lid, retailed by Bulgari Rome with hallmarks for the maker Marc Jacquard and circa 1810 in date.
This round Silver Serving Tureen has Rococo elements perfectly accenting the elegant body, with bold scroll handles decorated with foliate and floral ornamentation and stands on a pedestal foot with an encircled border.
It features an exceptional cast floral and fruit bouquet finial on the lid.
The tureen is beautiful in its simplicity and comes with its own vintage luxury case labelled Bulgari.
Condition:
In excellent condition with clear hallmarks and no dings, dents or signs of repair. Please see photos for confirmation.

Bulgari
The founder of the Bulgari brand is Sotirios Voulgaris who was born in March 1857 and came from the Epirus Village of Paramythia, the largest Aromanian center of silversmithing in the Balkans. He was one of eleven children of his father Georgios Voulgaris (1823–1889) and his Aromanian mother Eleni Stronggaris. In 1881, Sotirios Bulgari moved to Rome and, in 1884, opened his first store on via Sistina 85. In 1888, he married Aromanian Eleni Basio with whom he had six children: Constantine-Georgios (1889–1973), Leonidas-Georgios (1890–1966), Maria-Athena (1891–1976), Sofia (1893–1908), Alexandra (1895–1984) and Spyridon (1897–1932); Leonidas-Georgios is the father of the current chairman of the company, Paolo Bulgari.[9] In 1905, he unveiled the Via Condotti shop that would become the company's flagship.[10] In its early years, Bulgari was known for silver pieces that borrowed elements from Byzantine and Islamic art, combining them with floral motifs. This is a porcelain blue and white, hand gilded Sucrier (Sugar Bowl) in the Broseley printed pattern made by Miles Mason (Mason's), Staffordshire Potteries, in the early 19th century, circa 1810.
This piece is well potted with a lovely shape and twin side handles, but no lid.
The sucrier is decorated in the under-glaze blue printed Pagoda or Broseley, chinoiserie Willow pattern, (sometimes called Boy at the Door pattern). There is hand gilded detail around the mid body, upper rim and on the handles.
