About the Item

A George Nelson four-drawer Thin Edge rosewood dresser, circa 1955. This stunning piece has dynamic, rich rosewood graining, four drawers, original porcelain pulls, and iconic Thin Edge metal legs. The Foil label remains inside the top drawer (George Nelson for Herman Miller). The dresser is in good condition and was recently restored. George Nelson was an American industrial designer, most famously known for being the lead designer for Herman Miller while also leading his own company, George Nelson Associates, creating 20th-century modernist furniture.
