About the Item

This is a pair of nightstands from the Thin Edge series, designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller in 1953. These pieces were produced in the United States and date back to the 1950s. Crafted from rosewood, the case features an open shelf above a single drawer and sits atop brushed aluminum legs. The listed price includes both nightstands to be sold together as a pair. We also have matching 5-drawer dresser and 8-drawer dresser available to purchase separately. Each nightstand measures 17.5 inches wide, 18.5 inches deep, and 23.5 inches high. These pieces came from the home of the original owner. They have been freshly refinished and show light wear from previous use, including some minor scratches. Overall, the pieces are in good to very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
