Extremely rare and very desirable Square oversized Turkish Oushak from the early 1900s in soft shades of cream, red, pink, green, and pale yellow colors. The Oushak rug is in the style of the Persian Serapi rugs from the mid-1800s. It has an open design set in a cream color field with corner spandrels in pale green color. A wonderful pale salmon color border frames the rug beautifully. There are large geometric forms on the border again reminiscent of the Persian Serapi rugs.
