How do I use a doctor's watch?
1 Answer

To use a doctor's watch, use the large dial to track the time. The smaller dial is for measuring a patient's pulse. If you would like to try it, find the pulse point and wait for the second hand to reach the 12 o'clock position. Then, count the number of beats you hear until the second hand returns to that point. You'll find a selection of doctor's watches on 1stDibs.
