No, Belstaff is not the same as Barbour. Although both brands are known for producing waxed jackets for outdoor wear, they are different companies. Eli Belovitch and Harry Grosberg founded Belstaff in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK, in 1924, while John Barbour established Barbour in South Shields, South Tyneside, Tyne and Wear, UK, in 1894.
