Stella Jean is known for her work as a fashion designer. She was born Stella Novarino on June 17, 1979, and launched her own luxury fashion label, Stella Jean, in 2011. Since then, Novarino has become famous for designing pieces using sustainable materials and working with artisans and designers in developing nations such as Peru, Haiti, Burkina Faso, Benin, Mali and Pakistan.
