What is the red dot on a Telechron clock?
1 Answer

A red dot appearing in a Telechron clock meant that it was time to reset the power to the clock. Once this General Electric clock was reset and power restored, the red dot would disappear. The Telechron clock was very popular in the 1930s when people began turning to electric clocks and putting alarm clocks in their bedrooms.
