Why is it called a lambing chair?
Lambing chairs were often used by shepherds when it was lambing time, thus inspiring their name. These wooden armchairs were very popular in the Lancashire and Yorkshire regions of England, where sheep farming was very common. Shop a collection of antique lambing chairs on 1stDibs.
