Patrick Rubinstein is a French contemporary artist, born in 1960
in Paris. He belongs to the movement of Op Art and Kinetic art.
He is the inventor of the movement Kinetic Pop Art, combining
the technical principles of optical arts and the theme of the figu
ration in art. The success of this concept often makes us forget
the diversity of his creativity, which ranges from colored figura
tion to geometric and poetic abstraction.
He is a multifaceted and prolific artist. His multiple artworks re
veal the complexity and versatility of his work, whose common
denominator is always cinetism, reflecting an abundant nature,
an unfailing optimism. «Hope», «Love», «All you need is love» are
messages with incantatory power, slogans that slam into our
heads and remind us constantly of the essential: cultivate hope.
He draws life, words, images that cross his mind and heart. The
result is a huge dose of humanity, joy and sincerity that make the
