Antique Hanger

This pair of 18th century Majolica platters from Spain have old hangers attached at their backsides, making them excellent decorative wall art pieces.  

These distinctive 19th century tall back chairs were constructed with "coat-hanger” crest rails that reflect traditional Chinese furniture designs perfected over many centuries.

The original hinges have been removed and patched, and new hangers have been added on top, however overall the colours are largely untouched.
