Kenneth Ray Wilson, before his full-time devotion to painting, he had 5 years of experience as an illustrator in graphic arts publication in 1965. Wilson primarily paints abstracts and has always been attracted to the beauty of landscapes. The variety of colors, structure and textures in nature provide endless inspiration for subjects in his paintings. The Impressionism period of art has most influenced Wilson's work, most particularly the paintings of Monet. Art is always evolving and his art is constantly changing. The venture into abstract art has been his most difficult journey.
