Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. This piece had a few blemishes and breaks but has been completely restored by our experienced staff. You may still see signs of age that are inherent to the piece. Well, what have we here? A lovely lady and her beautiful Borzoi on an “Afternoon Stroll.” This is a fabulous statue titled “Afternoon Stroll” which was created by famed artist Alexsander Danel and produced by Austin Productions. Some say her dog is a Borzoi which is a Russian Wolfhound while others say it is a greyhound… but since the Borzoi is a descendant from the Arabian greyhound, you can call it whichever you prefer!! He stands proud and poised on a black rectangular base as she leans over his backside softly stroking his shoulders while dressed to the T in her fabulous black mink bolero...
