A pair of elegant armchairs designed by Carin Bryggman for Boman Oy in Finland in the 1950s-1960s. The chair bodies are in original and very good condition. The upholstery has been changed at some point. The chairs are compact in size compared to other sizable Finnish armchairs, and are extremely comfortable to sit in. They can be put in living rooms, bedrooms, or even balconies since they don't take much space and can be easily moved single handedly, for they are light to carry. Carin Bryggman (1920-1993) was a Finnish designer and architect, who in addition to designing furniture designed the interiors for many of her projects.
