Bruno Saetti Art
Bruno Saetti was a popular Italian painter and engraver. Painter of sensual female nudes, maternity and landscapes, but also of symbolic figures, Saetti refuses the avant-gardes languages and attests to an Expressionist realism supported by a strict compositional rigor. He held an anthological exhibition in Venice in 1975 and Florence in 1979. His works appear both in Italian museums (including the Museo del Novecento and the Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna) and abroad (Amsterdam, Madrid, Warsaw, Zagreb, Zurich, Tokyo) and are the subject of important exhibitions.
