A large murrine glass vase designed by Ermanno Toso and manufactured by Vetreria Fratelli Toso, Murano around 1965. Made of clear glass with fused, multicolored Redentore and Kiku murrine. Surface with acid etched matte finish. The vase is an authentic example of mid 20th century Murano art glass. Original company lable on the base.
Fratelli Toso was one of the leading art glass manufacturers of Murano in the 20th century. In the early 1900's Fratelli Toso started to produce glasses in murrine technique.
