An exceptional, fine and impressive, vintage 18 karat yellow gold Rollagas lighter made by Dunhill; an addition to our smoking related silverware collection.
This exceptional vintage Swiss 18k gold lighter has a rectangular form with rounded corners.
The surface of the vintage lighter is embellished with a two-tone gold textured woven lozenge design.
The anterior surface of the hallmarked hinged cover bears a continuation of the decoration to the body and opens to reveal the lighter's eyelet.
The anterior corner of the gold lighter bears a vertical cylindrical ribbed spark/flint wheel; the lighter is in working order.
The underside of the lighter bears a push fit panel, allowing access for the lighter to be re-filled, and bearing the feature hallmarks.
This lighter has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold.

Introducing a wonderful piece of history - a vintage rectangular cigarette lighter, masterfully crafted in 18 carat yellow gold with a distinctive textured finish on the surface - a perfect blend of function and refined craftsmanship.
Running vertically down the body and lid is a striking line of 60 lively red square baguette cut rubies, all securely channel set in a single row that adds vibrant colour and contrast against the warm gold. Together, the rich rubies are estimated to weigh approximately 4.20ct.
The ignition wheel and mechanism are tucked seamlessly into the case, while a grooved thumb grip is integrated into the side panel for ease of use, framed subtly within the textured finish.
Finally, the piece measure 6.4 x 2.5 x 1.2cm, has a gross weight of 132 grams and is stamped Dunhill, 750 UKK345 - Made in England. London hallmark - 1975.
