Federico Zuccari received lots of commissions all over Europe, like the decoration of the Dome of the Florence's Cathedral and of the Escorial Palace in Madrid and eclectic artist (as we can see by the very original architecture of his roman and Florentine houses) of the Mannerist style. It can be dated to his juvenile career, as confirmed by a burin replica made by Cornelis Cort dated 1570.
