Hans Herrmann was a German painter best known for his Impressionist renderings of the landscape of the Netherlands. He attended the Academy of Art in Düsseldorf under the German landscape painter, Eugen Gustav Dücker. Hermann was a member of the painter association called “Group of Eleven,” which also included the famed German Impressionist Max Liebermann.
