Four Green Chairs 771 by Joseph André Motte, Steiner, 1958
By Joseph-André Motte
Located in PARIS, FR
Four Green Chairs 771 by Joseph André Motte, Steiner, 1958 Set of 4 chairs model 771, it is often called "the tongue chair" because of its design. It was published by Steiner in 1958. At the École des arts appliqués à l'industrie (now ENSAAMA), he studied under René Gabriel, Louis Sognot and Albert Guénot, graduating top of his class in 1948. He then obtained his first collaboration with the Bon Marché art studio. One of his first models, the Tripodes...
