This plein air landscape is by Jim McVicker (1951-). It depicts Northern California, approximately 15 miles South of Eureka in Humboldt County. It is composed of oil on linen and measures 14” x 24” (20” x 30” framed). It is signed in the lower left, “McVicker” On the reverse is a gallery label from Hackett Freedman Gallery in San Francisco bearing the title, date, size and composition of the painting. It is framed in a very nice silver wood frame, very appropriate for the painting. The painting is in very good condition with no flaws noted.
