Mats Theselius model “Star” easy chair Kallemo Sweden 2009
By Källemo, Mats Theselius
Located in Etten-Leur, NL
Beautifully shaped “Star” easy chair designed by Mats Theselius for Källemo, Sweden 2009. This iconic chair showcases Theselius’s unique approach to combining industrial design with comfort and luxury. The chair features a striking star-shaped, polished aluminum frame that supports a leather-upholstered seat, offering both visual impact and ergonomic support.
The high-quality leather is designed to age gracefully, developing a rich patina over time, while the aluminum frame adds a touch of modernity and structural integrity. The contrast between the sleek metal, white pearl back and the black leather creates a harmonious balance, making this chair both a functional seat and a statement piece. It is in very good original condition.
Perfect for contemporary or modern interiors, the Star easy chair exemplifies the innovative craftsmanship of Theselius and the exceptional quality for which Källemo is renowned. This chair is ideal for collectors or anyone looking to add a distinctive touch to their living space. An incredible catch!
Only 360 of these chairs are produced. This particular one is number 169.
