    To know if your Longchamp is authentic, first look for its serial number. It should begin with AA, AE or AB and will appear both on a tag inside the bag and on the plastic cover that a new Longchamp arrives in. Next, check the zippers. They should move smoothly and will usually carry YKK markings. On leather bags, the strap and flaps should also be crafted out of genuine leather.
