Organically design wrought iron and glass light fixture from the mid-century era. This fine quality workmanship pendant from mid-20th century is another one of our recent great finds. With 20th century lighting being one of our specialties we are always looking to find unique fixtures that we have never seen before. This all-handcrafted specimen from the 1960 perfectly fits that bill. The designer of this rare light must have been inspired by the flowing elements in nature when coming into contact with a round shape. The way in which the handforged wrought iron is 'flowing' around the glass sphere is exactly like water or perhaps the wind would 'behave'. It is this contrasting motion for a material as hard as wrought iron that makes this light extra special to own and look at. The equally stylish and crackled glass globe emphasizes the organic design of this unique fixture and it causes this pendant to radiate a warm light that is ideal for an entrance, a landing or a relaxing area in your living room.
