Casting off the more traditional solitaire setting style of fine classical jewelry, Palmiero Jewellery Design embraces a range of innovative inspiration for its creative pieces. The Italian jewelry company gives each piece as a whole the spotlight, not just the center jewel. Its modern and contemporary jewelry places attention on the entire surface of its sculptural work, such as its rings, which feature dazzling mosaics of gemstones.
Carlo Palmiero founded Palmiero Jewellery Designin Valenza, Italy, in 1979. He grew up in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, an area that is known for its goldsmithing traditions. Influenced by this heritage, he studied under the most talented goldsmiths and jewelry designers in the area.
Today, a state-of-the-art atelier creates Palmiero’s nature-inspired designs. Expert jewelers work with gold and jewels in a modern lab-like facility, shaping pieces into colorful displays of flora and fauna that sparkle and delight the eye from every angle.
Palmiero became a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council in 1999, implementing its Code of Practices. The company is committed to ethics, human rights and social and environmental standards in every step of its daily operations and in its relationships with industry partners.
Palmiero jewelry has been exhibited around the world. It was featured at the Vicenzaoro trade show in 2019 and at the Haute Jewels Geneva international high jewelry exhibition in 2022. Palmiero jewelry is regularly showcased in Solitaire magazine in Hong Kong and VO+, the Italian jewelry magazine.
