Peter Costello was born in San Francisco and grew up in Menlo Park, California. He attended College of San Mateo and Canada College. He was an artist, graphic designer and illustrator. Costello had his own art studio known as Applied Art Studios. Costello has also worked at West Marine as a graphic designer, Cabrillo College as a Digital Media instructor and Giro as a technical drafter. He passed away at the age of 70 in Santa Cruz, California.
