This antique well made silver plated asparagus service or meat server originated from England and made for the renowned Canadian Birks department store chain and dates to approximately 1900 and done in a Victorian style. The set is composed of a handled drip tray with a silver plated stand or rack that sits on bun feet with two sauce servers or boats that fit into the rack. The tray and the two sauce servers are decorated with a stylized rope motif and the tray and both sauce boats are signed "Birks Regency Plate".
