Susan Gale Art
Susan Gale was born in Stephenville, Newfoundland, in 1977. She studied painting at Nova Scotia College of Art and Design from 2000–04 and received her BFA. Gale moved to Toronto in 2005. Her practice involves capturing cityscapes or images of everyday places and elevating mundane visual prose into a symphony of color. Gale works the images through a lens of emotion and brings beauty and form back to their most simple compositional elements. Her works have been exhibited and collected throughout Canada and the United States.
