This striking Art Deco armchair was manufactured in Belgium in the mid 1920s. The distinct tiered and angular shape of the design is a great example of the influence of cubism in this particular era. The optional loose pillow adds additional seating comfort to the back. The elegant frame is executed in solid European maple wood which has been finished in a darker brown stain.
