An architectural element (demon lizard) designed by Waylande Gregory in the 1920's. This was culled from the Hotel President in KC, Missouri. Gregory's most famous work at the Hotel President was the Aztec Room, the hotel's dining room, which he decorated in Mayan plaster-of-Paris reliefs as interpreted in an Art-Deco idiom.
