Wilhelm Oskar Prack was born in Melsungen, Germany, in 1869. He was featured in the book, Dictionnaire Des Peintres, Sculpteurs, Dessinateurs Et Graveurs by E. Benezit, published by Gründ and in James Mackay’s The Dictionary of Sculptors in Bronze published by Antique Collectors Club. Prack died in Frankfurt in 1943.
