William Schulhoff was a Romanian-American painter who settled in Philadelphia as a youth and studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts before exhibiting in Philadelphia, New York and Paris, among other cities. His works are in the collections of the Academy, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Phillips Memorial Gallery in Washington, D.C.
