Lauryn Levette is a contemporary artist who builds bold, colorful surrealist scenes which reflect her life and experiences as a young Black woman. By using a variety of mediums, from watercolor and ink to acrylic and oil paint, Levette creates a dreamlike worlds in her drawings and paintings. In 2021, Levette graduated from Rhode Island School of Design and debuted her first solo exhibition at New Image Art that same year.
