This is classic Louis Armstrong in a print by the prolific American photographer Slim Aarons, known for his images of celebrities. The setting here is unusual as the jazz great Louis Armstrong visits Rome in 1949. He rides a Vespa scooter outside the Coliseum in Rome, as his wife Lucille holds on for dear life.
