Artist Lisa Carney exhibits a floral abstract of deep purple and green foliage. Part of her ongoing GeoFlora series of dynamic abstractions comprised of drips and splatters. The composition features stunning shades of blue, purple, and green. The summery colors suggest wildflower-covered fields and branching sea corals.

About the Artist
Lisa Carney draws her inspiration from the earth's layers and the history they hold. The drips, splashes, scrapes and scratches in her art happen spontaneously and come together to create a cohesive whole. She began to craft a more organic feel in her works after noticing the texture in her works resembled plant roots...
