This exceptional 18 square meter lot of antique terracotta floor tiles originates from southern France and dates back to the 19th century. Featuring the timeless octagon and cabochon pattern, this reclaimed flooring offers a warm and elegant aesthetic with deep character and authentic patina.
The larger octagonal tiles in terracotta clay are paired with smaller square cabochons in contrasting darker tones, creating a classic French look ideal for both interiors and covered outdoor areas.
Each piece is handcrafted, showing rich color variation – from burnt orange and clay red to smoky greys – along with timeworn surfaces, lime traces, and rustic imperfections that reflect over a century of history.
