A 19th Century French Louis Philippe étagère, or display cabinet with shelves. Made of solid rosewood with fine lemon wood marquetry inlay borders and rosettes. Good quality craftsmanship with carved barley twist columns and delicate turned finials. Tiered top shelves with s-curved decorative supports and mirrored back above two glass paned cabinets, each with working lock and key. Bottom cabinet opens to one adjustable shelf. The mirrors are old with silvered patina. Small repair to right curved decoration and finials. Elegant tall, slim proportions. Circa 1820-1830.

A stunning quality English satinwood and inlaid Edwardian period antique cheval dressing mirror, circa 1900 in date.
The central rectangular mirror plate is shaped with a bevelled edge. It features a swan neck pediment flanked by urn finials and is beautifully inlaid with floral marquetry embellished with penwork.
Raised on square columns with boxwood and ebony line inlay throughout, the whole supported on swept supports with brass lion's paw castors.
Condition:
In excellent original condition. Castors and knobs original and complete, the mirror plate original but slightly spotted

An unusual fine quality Antique Dutch walnut marquetry screen / cheval dressing mirror, circa 1830 in date.
The double folding screen features a rectangular shaped mirror plate with floral marquetry frame, the reverse features marquetry panels decorated with urns, butterflies, foliate and floral ornamentation. The top is surmounted by a moulded broken arch pediment with a central urn finial.
It is raised on stepped supports with tapered square legs.
Condition:
This lovely mirror is in excellent original condition, and the frame has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
