Elegant pair of vintage Soviet era Russian earrings (circa 1970s to 1980s), crafted in 14k rose gold. Two faceted oval cut pink paste stones each measure 14mm x 10mm. The stones are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips. The stones are irradiated to achieve a bright pink color (more of a fuchsia pink color). The stones are set in a classic crown pronged mount with the drops falling just below the ear lobe. The earrings feature hook backings with lever closures.
