With sweeping water views, the three-bedroom condo in aventura is a modern space that was looking for some warmth and a more balanced point-of-view. the clients had recently purchased the condo, gutted it and created a clean slate from which we could start. custom rugs alongside refurbished vintage, family treasures made for a whimsical design.
