Complete renovation of a loft in a 1928 neoclassical building in Hollywood. This project transformed raw industrial space into an intimate home for a single father and his daughter.The design included a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, custom bedroom enclosure with floor-to-ceiling millwork, walk-in closet design, and comprehensive furnishing with custom pieces and drapery.

Working within the constraints of a historic building, we balanced the architectural character with modern functionality.

Our approach focused on creating distinct zones within an open plan while maintaining the loft's sense of flow and light.

Custom furniture was designed specifically for the space, including built-in storage solutions and a sculptural dining table that anchors the living area.
