Following the completion of their Nantucket home, Workshop/APD was engaged to breathe new life into this 10,000-sq-ft home in Palm Beach with a full interior renovation. Within the home’s boldly modern architecture, the design team set out to add life to the interior spaces and capture the owners’ personalities. Using a palette of white, beige, strong blue and gold tones, and a focus on layering textures, the team brought a refined yet comfortable aesthetic to the home. The interior of this home was thoughtfully designed to create a tranquil atmosphere in keeping with – and framed by - the home’s lush surrounding landscaping. The residence features sophisticated furnishings and décor from 1stDibs, Holly Hunt, Dennis Miller, the Future Perfect, Minotti, David Weeks Studio, Warp & Weft and Todd Merrill Antiques, among others. The team designed custom and one-of-a-kind pieces, including the master bed, media room console, living room coffee table in blue veined marble, and guest bedroom sofa, creating interiors that epitomize a relaxed, modern take on luxury living in Palm Beach. The residence also offers a unique perspective on the ways that architecture, interiors and landscape can harmoniously exist in this beautiful coastal climate.
